The gourmet chef's emphasis is on fresh and seasonal dishes elegantly presented.

Steamed cod fish with aïoli, tuna steack with lime, fried baby seafood from " le bassin", grilled parsley & garlic squids, sirloin steack " a la bordelaise" will delight your taste-buds...

All desserts are home made.

The restaurant is reserved for hotel guests and the chief will endeavour to cater for dinner preferences.

Service only in the evening .
