BOOKING TERMS

Bookings :Your booking will be firm and confirmed once our hotel has confirmed availability.
We will send you a quotation according to availability as quickly as possible.

Deposit- 30% of the total amount if you give us a credit card number as guaranty
- 50% of the total amount if you prefer paying with a bank check or bank transfer
- 100% of the total amount if you prefer paying with a bank check or transfer for a one night booking

Cancellation : if for whatever reason the booking has to be cancelled, postponed or shortened, the hotel owner has the right to keep the deposit ( art. 1590 of the french Civil Code) This article makes no provision for situations of force majeure, such as professional, weather, illness or death reasons.Nor is there any time limit for cancellation. In our case, the cancellation has to be notified at the latest 25 days before your arrival date ( in july and august ) and 5 days before your arrival date (for the remaining periods of the year)

CANCELLATION TERMS IN JULY & AUGUST : For the one night bookings : - 100% of the total amount will be charged if you don't cancel 25 days before your arrival date. For the bookings superior to one night : - 50% of the total amount will be charged if you don't cancel 25 days before your arrival date. For the rest of the year : same terms with 5 days instead of 25.

If you cancel in july or august 20 € will be automatically charged as " file charges " add to the possible cancellation expenses that you'll have to pay
